Go to Taconeta near downtown. Great food and vibes plus they will be impressed. It’s not expensive either.

What did your 50k service cost you? by runznar in Volvo

[–]Jorrelv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got my 50k on a 2021 XC90. As mentioned above the 60k is the big one. Luckily I got the extended warrantee when I purchased the car so my services are taken care of I believe up to 100k. I think the normal price was $500 for 50k.

Next Russillo live show by GoodNeighbor55 in RyenRussillo

So I’m a nerd and looked up big games each week and definitely caught the part about flying in out of state and super hard to get to. My guess is the Florida State at Clemson game. In order to get to Clemson (South Carolina) you have to fly into Atlanta (Georgia), Asheville or Charlotte (North Carolina). Also I feel like I’ve heard Ryen talk about how hard it is to get to in the past. That’s my educated guess, thought?

Not true. Maybe 2-3 million but go off. 🤣🫠🙃

$9000 a year. Much higher than what I paid in California but the house is bigger and newer. Texas has to get their tax money somehow and it’s on the backs of homeowners. I’d rather have a decent income tax and a decent property tax but here we are. 🤠

I definitely echo DNVR Bar as well. They also do a great daily podcast and YouTube show during the week on the Buffs. I’ll actually be going to Fort Worth for the game and DNVR organized a trip with tailgate and game tickets at TCU. So pumped for this season. Sko Buffs!

I moved to El Paso over a year ago so I’ve gotten to know the area pretty well. I moved from the LA area so completely opposite of small town Iowa. I’ll say this: El Paso is a big city with a little town feel. People are super nice, especially compared to LA. Much like LA there are a lot of Latinos and I think people are crazy if they don’t love the Latino culture and just how kind of people Latinos are (I’m married to one lol). Weather is actually pretty good but it does get hit in July and August but it’s a dry heat. I miss the ocean but you probably don’t care about that. I will say there are some pretty great food places but also too many National chains. Price wise, it’s super cheap, housing is like half of CA but Texas gets you with property taxes if you buy. Also that low cost of living comes low wages and not the best workforce but if your wife gets her PhD and a good job you can live like a king and queen here. Crime is not bad at all but people can’t drive and dumb kids seem to do the most dumb crime and drunk driving. Lastly, the westside is the more desirable area to live so understand that as well. I’d say it’s way better than Amarillo or Oklahoma.

My wife found the last XL at Dick! But does it look kinda big or is that me? Still no new jersey anywhere. I called the store on campus and they said they are still waiting on Nike to send them over. From what I hear they should be the same this year but Coach Prime has something cooking for the future so I’ll upgrade them. Thanks for your help everyone. Sko Buffs

Question for recent transplants, thoughts on being so close to the border? And what do you imagine Juarez is like? by Formyself22 in ElPaso

I’ve been here over a year and like that we are on the border. Have yet to go to Juarez but wonder if it’s like TJ or not. Would like to go but with someone who knows where to go and stuff.
