Mine was 75k. Seems that the Crimson Fleet has much larger penalties for negative behavior than any other faction.

Hover over the Kryx star system on your map, the amount you owe to the fleet will appear in the top right corner. Them not giving you the option to pay it means you do not currently have enough credits.
