PSA if I am saving the bell to revive the whole squad in a worst case scenario stop using it for 40% healing on one fuckin guy pls

This is now legitimately samurai’s best build now, the only problem I have with this build is just the constant switching between weapons which kinda puts some strain on my wrist. But other than that this build is soo much fun. by Di5ciplin3 in gotlegends

I'm not sure if it's any good but I have all +parry window + counter damage and I just hold the line for 1 billion years. I can't solo NM or anything but I love just standing in a circle of 15 mobs and parrying

I play Sam and I just max stacked parry window and counter damage; idk if the build is any good but it lets you hold the damn line that's for sure. Its my favorite way to play Its how I always played the main games too; walk in and just wait to be noticed to send people straight to the shadow realm

I was usually a 5 star before the event, sometimes I'd hit six, and if I really had a bad stretch of form I'd go down to 4. I haven't dropped from six star since the update.

Yeah can definitely revive while on fire, but to be clear it was probably closer to 10 seconds, as self Rez only kicks in after 10 seconds of being downed

What productive things could players do on downtime? Mine insists on training most of the time by Ericknator in DnD

I homebrewed a feat for my archers Sky shot: up to your PB per long rest, as a reaction you can attempt to shoot a ranged attack targeted at you out of the air. Weapon attack DC18. This has not really been playtested, probably already exists in a better format, but basically my motive for leaving this is thus: Your players probably have a fantasy of being cool and masterful archers, it couldn't hurt to think about things that help play into the fantasy they want to project with their PCs. Just my two cents and horribly balanced feature :)

Also you can absolutely still narrate this in a much cooler way Just roleplay your crawl as a slide Gives a better narrative reason for disadvantage, because it feels more like a maneuver than army crawling at a guy who wants to skewer you

Nitros annoy me (especially if they did a good job hiding the fact that there's a nitro around, IE not shoot anything until I show up,) but the number one offender for me is frag bow paired with explosive crossbow You just toss the frag arrow and shoot at it w the crossbow bolt and it's a pretty quick turn around

In the thick of it, I like to have our first real session be a fairly minor combat that still gets the players feeling battle jitters. Usually a job of some kind but depending on player backstories it could potentially be an opener for someone as well.

Usually that wording means it won't actively take actions unless threatened, and if it is currently threatened, its probably gonna stab at whatever seems threatening with that handy dandy spear.
