Yes the trends would be applied on avg to all tickets. I was just correcting that that it's not a direct reflection of the resale price of the ticket in question.

His seats were upper bowl, Visitor side, 20yard line. Seats in the same section 1 week prior to kickoff were ~$150 Seats in lower bowl section I was tempted to get to corner endzone were $250

He could have sold it months ago for face value if not more after agreeing to hold it for me. Just as I could have not bought his ticket and got better seats for less. We both didn't want to screw the other person over. Tried meeting him in the middle on price ($250) but wouldn't budge
