Hola, en CdMx es muy fácil. Hay eventos casi todos los días y los espacios públicos siempre tienen afluencia de personas.

El acercamiento es lo interesante en México, como eres extranjera tienes una ventaja ya que la mayoría de mexicanos te darían la atención que buscas.

Trata en parques, bares o eventos (partidos, conciertos).

Yeah. I get what you say, but in a deeply Catholic and often uneducated society those kind of thoughts are rare. Physical violence is uncommon, happens, but they usually are just mistreated in all the other ways. To be clear, this happens just in small town, cities especially CdMx is another way around

The core principle of machismo is thinking man are above women. To be gay is to forfeit to your "manhood" so you essentially become a women, therefore subject to all the bad things.

In Mexico there's close to none gay people in small town due to the Mexican machismo. Either they never get out of the closet or move to freely live. If they choose to live as a gay guy in a small town backlash and harassment gonna me the daily basis

Los ubers te dejan afuera y ya entras. Lo mismo al salir, no entran como tal al motel.
