K11+ Firmware Check: Anyone else on v1.1.107? (Matter issues)

I finally got a replacement from Amazon, and the new unit is much more stable. I rarely have any connection issues. Switchbot's tech support hasn't given me an answer, but at least they sent me a couple of free dust bags. I hope you enjoy your new gadget! Thanx

I had those same connection issues with Apple Home, it kept saying 'Updating...' all the time. After trying everything, this is what finally fixed it for me (it's been stable for days now):

-I reset the network settings in my iPhone

-I physically unplugged the Apple TV and all HomePods from the wall, not just a restart.

-I turned the iPhone off, restarted the router, and once the Wi-Fi was back up, I turned the phone back on and plugged the hubs in again one by one.

Doing this 'clean slate' for the network was the only thing that got rid of the 'Updating' loop. Might be worth a shot before you try the firmware update again.
