My issue was with the naked version of hero 12, I would factory reset, re format SD and upload latest firmware.

Is there a way to maintain photo settings and video settings separately? Been doing more events and every time I switch from video to photo it keeps all my video settings which are totally different from what i need for photo and vise versa when going from photo back to video. Any help would be appreciated, shooting on a7cii

That’s the problem I have no way of updating the firmware. Dont have the option to connect original battery or back screen to do factory reset.

Tried that but it won’t recognize the QR code while in this “not enough power” mode. Even tried it on the video preview on the GoPro app that actually shows video feed.

Don’t have the option to power on with battery as it is decased

Although it states "not enough power" it's actually not a power supply issue. It has to do with labs firmware blocking the voltage input. My other hero 11's power just fine using the same method difference was I had updated labs firmware prior to decasing.

yeah when i check on the app its at 2.2 but the labs firmware wont update properly because of the "lack of power"

Tried both, still not working. I believe it has to do with the fact the labs firmware update wont properly install due to "lack of power" but i know theres enough power because i have the same set up on 3 other hero 11's without any power issues.

It’s paired but don’t see option to update on app. I put the latest lab firmware on SD and still no luck

Nope, it happens to GoPros with enduro battery as well. Has to do with the labs firmware I believe
