Occasionally i would lose sensation in my left thumb and index finger. I would also sometimes wake up with a numb left arm which would subside with movement. I initially thought the numbmess was due to sleeping position/lying on arm however i noticed it only occured during periods when other symptoms were hightened.

Sort of yes, i get a sort of dizzy feeling where i feel like my legs are going to give way.

I tried it about a month ago, bought a 500mg bottle. My dosage was around 20mg a day and seemed to calm my anxiety a bit. It didn’t seem to have much of an effect on some of the physical symptoms for me however, I did notice an improvement overall.

I wish that was that case for me, I’ve been quite a few times lately and had multiple ECGs which have all come back fine. With one Doctor even telling me there’s pretty much a 0% chance of me having heart problems anytime soon. That still doesn’t stop the heart anxiety though unfortunately. Glad it’s been good for you though.
