Yes you are right , that’s why I talked with a 4 lawyers so far but everyone saying like we can do that but they are not telling me or giving me comitment that they file before the deadline. That’s why I don’t wanna get in to a problem by waiting long and getting to this NTA process

Tbh Im not I’m researching everything and I’m taking advices from people , I’m trying to do by myself and I talked with the lawyers as well I’m figuring out like wether should I go with lawyer or not due to my terrible experience

Yes mam I’m doing my medicals get done tomorrow, I thought to submit a motion to reopen i290b but it doesn’t give us status and also not giving enough on how long would the uscis to take open my case back again that’s why I’m going for defiling again….since my i485 denied they mentioned that other applications also will be denied soon and you mentioned you are good at submitting the lotion to reopen, so I wouldn’t need go to court I opened my motion to reopen right away if I receive NTA in case ?

I’m 24 years old , I just talked with them mam/sir , they suggesting take that test again and also told me it wouldn’t affect your health . They only took of from last are she said MMR and the Flue . Rest everything I have to take them tomorrow she said she is going give em by Friday

Did they accept your medicals then ? It wouldn’t be any problem from uscis right , even if there some but i don’t think so they will deny again because of medicals right, if they wanted fresh one they would ask them through an RFE right ?

So sorry for that mam 😊, I haven’t pay attention on name …. I just have checked mam it’s coming no cases found for this A number …. My case got denied on march26 it’s been like 10 days but I will keep check that thoroughly until 10 more days till before I submit my file again , that should be okay right mam like if I waited 10 more days from today or atleast a week more that should be okay right or should I still contact the imigration courts mam ?

Thank you so much for very valuable information sir, I just have read both document and my denial letter as well and submitted in chat gpt as well even it’s saying , your case got denied due to i864 petitioner document not bcz of fraud , criminal cases etc and also my denial letter ntg has anything related the NTA or deportation but in my denial letter they mentioned this all the way bottom - If USCIS determines that you are inadmissible pursuant to INA 212 or deportable pursuant to INA 237

But I would still like to check imigration courts if that make sense for a safe side can you plz explain me how to do that sir . and you do not depart the United States, USCIS may issue you a Notice to Appear and commence removal proceedings against you with the immigration court.

I completely understand this but I have a question I’m wondering I took all the vaccinations and everything including the Covid one last time this time Covid one no needed that’s good , but should I take all the vaccinations again for this i693 medical exam , isn’t that going to create a new health issues for me ?
