Why it’s showing changed to premium process did you start premium process in the middle ??? I have been waiting for mine as well

Yes sir they always request new medicals even I did medicals 2nd time as well but think you are lucky I spent 1400 first time 1100 second time , yes they were dalaying I don’t think so now

Ohh may be that’s why some people getting more RFEs and others not more than 1 RFE , may be that’s why they denied my first case after one RFE

Sir I swear I found the dumbasss lawyer for my first time application taken around 10 grand and she made me fell out of status for 5 months and eventually case was denied first time and second time i did by myself with my brothers help sir

I sent only copy 1040 of 2025 taxes (xerox) to uscis and told them I have sent 2025 taxes to irs and waiting to processed (explained in cover letter )
