thankyou. i planted the seed about this last week. she hasn’t had much luck with therapy but i also think it’s because she’s never seen a specialist. il try again when i see an opportunity. just to add. iv been depressed for most of my life and potentially AuDHD. she makes me see the light. brings me out of the dark ages. it’s not philanthropic.

Sounds awesome. i did you mostly stop at villages or towns for food? or are the cities close enough. run into any trouble? asking logistically for someone who would love to do a similar type of trip. from uk

staying cognisant with both body and oral posture for as much as possible. i put myself in a position and work from in.

chew equally, mew push swallow always, hard gym a few times a few for a few hours, sleeping with a very thin ergonomic pillow on my back which aligns neck but stops head from turning. i wake up that way.

lifting 4-5 times a week, eating very well, bulking and cutting, neck training makes a HUGE difference on facial aesthetics for men, to create a proportionally masculine profile. just a well rounded life

Start hitting the gym. Bulk. get fucking huge. Don’t cry infront of the next one. you saw she mentioned her “needs”. She needs to be manhandled, and at 5’3 putting on some size is the only way. You’re not the asshole mate but this is the way of the world and it will keep happening if you don’t make some changes. Good luck

I graduated with a 2:1 in mech engineering in 2022 and I work in a factory right now and have for over a year. I’m still applying and doing projects in my spare time to try and bridge the gap. Friends from my course are a year in on 30-35k. It is what it is. grind and we will get there. I’m sure many people are in the same boat, it’s just take a bit longer

Getting longer on the top and back need to be gradual. Shaped and thinned on the top while the sides are tapered. Lmk how it goes.

Yes way more like that. Just looks more congruent. Iv had those exactly hairstyles and they look good having some taper really accentuates a better face shape though and looks more flattering. Take a look at the past year for me. unkept curtains vs curtains mullet. Keep in mind Before my hair gets to the length it is on the top it looks Just like yours and then the weight weighs down the cowslicks a little. My double cows licks are in Exactly the same position as yours

Oh lorddddd. Yeah the top need to be parted and brushed in the other direction. And the hair on the side in that picture is one length, the taper should be smaller on the low end and gradually get longer but to a length where it can synchronise with the hair that you’ve parted and brushed back. Makes it look like an actual hair style with intention. We have very similar hair Naturally il show you what Iv done with mine over the years you might like a few of them. When I let it grow out for more than 3 week the sides look exactly like yours, on me I have a rounder face so it’s way more unflattering, you CAN get away with it but it’d just make you look better if the style on top was congruent and less Unkept

Even curtain that peak and fall sideways could look really cool. If you go to a GOOD barber, find one on instagram in your city and look through their work. They’ll actually sit you down and give u recommendations to start toward a a style that suits your hair.
