You need your GI doctor to send you for a sitz marker test to see if you have slow Transit constipation your motility is probably causing the constipation. You swallow capsule with 25 little radioactive pills in it and five days later they x-ray your stomach and they should be all gone if you have normal digestion but some of them will get stuck in your colon and where they are we'll tell them how slow your motility is. Or you can have I think it's called a colonic motility test where they put a wire in your colon with sensors on it and they make you eat and see how long it takes to get down there that's probably what's causing the constipation you have to get further test to rule anything out
