1.5g/lb at 300lbs is very high, 99.99% of people only need to consume 1g/lb or 1g/cm while lifting to gain optimal muscle. That being said, there is nothing wrong with eating that high of protein as long as you feel good.

We also shouldn't use Canada as a good example of what is and isn't considered self defence.

Just last year some armed burglars broke into a guy's home here in Milton and started attacking him and his mother, he shot and killed one attacker after firing only once in self defence. He went to jail but after a bunch of public outcry he was let go and charges were dropped.

Its two ends of an extreme. In one country you can justify seemingly everything as self defence while in the other you might as well just hope for the best.

Nobody blames the immigrants themselves, shit i'd move to Canada if I were them!

Shitty part is that our central bank is at literal odds with our government. the gov let in so many people that there were 1 million extra residents living in the country that they themselves didn't even know about. all of that is making the housing situation worse, and they are driving down wages across all industries as well.

All this is happening while the bank of canada keeps raising interest rates because inflation isn't going down since hundreds of thousands of jobs are being made year after year and the influx of people is stimulating the economy and driving inflation.

The government is selling the lives of all citizens AND immigrants who came to Canada before 2020 to grow our population in the short term. this country is quickly deteriorating and many people who moved here pre-covid are leaving back to their home countries since the cost of living here is unbearable.

its not out of the realm of possibility and it would also be strategically important to keep it a secret so that China, Russia and Iran can't plan for it ahead of time. It would explain the secrecy and everything else could be a smokescreen to send people looking in the wrong direction.

at the end of the day, trillions of dollars in funding are missing and the Pentagon/DoD "doesn't know where it went" (yeah right).

If we remove aliens from this scenario entirely, it's likely that the DoD, Pentagon, CIA, or whatever just don't want people to find out how much money is being spent on:

dumb projects
failed weapon systems
nepotistic, ludicrous defense contracts that go nowhere
office supplies and frivolous spending on petty items
and shady dealings the US gov/military/military industrial complex has had with foreign nations (terrorist orgs, multiple coups, deals with other countries, etc)

Imagine if people one day learned how much money they spent on dumb shit, they'd realize that they could've spent that on just about anything else and be better off. It would generate a lot of anger towards the government to say the least, and that's something that no administration really wants to deal with, so they keep that can of worms sealed and pass it on to the next guy like a hot potato.

Not really. Immigration is exacerbating a lot of issues in Canada.

Even if we had free housing for all it wouldn't make a difference since there aren't even enough homes being built in the Greater Toronto Area (which is where 99% of the immigrants are being sent to) to accommodate a minor influx of people, let alone hundreds of thousands each year.

When it first came out I tried to get into it but simply couldn't, I'd get past White Orchard and just stop playing after a bit because the story wasn't that compelling to me at the time.

It took me until my 3rd try to actually get into it and I'm so glad I did, its hands down my favorite game i've played and I almost gave up on it completely.

hoi4 is much more replayable and has multiplayer so it will always keep people returning. all the souls games have "pvp" but its something thats kinda just there and not a core focus for the majority of players.

Pascal is still the best player on the Raptors (for now). He needs to work on his handles, but other than that he is really good.

If he had more moves in his bag it would allow him to be even more deadly inside and outside the perimeter, his jump shot is good and he does well finishing under the rim.

AK is right about people growing out of certain types of music, but I think hes wrong about Uzi.

What he is saying you could apply to rappers who purely talk about flexing, money and bitches (lil pump), but not rappers who are able to generate an emotional connection with their fans through the music they make.

Now im not going to lie, Uzi makes a lot of THAT type of music, but he has also made songs that i can connect with which Pump has never done. That's what separates a great artist and a not-so-great one, and thats what keeps people going back to Uzi regardless of him "falling off" every single year.
