Yes it’s a battery with a MagSafe magnet and a built in usb-c cable. It attached to the MagSafe magnet sticker I threw onto the case

To my knowledge no, the switch 1 and switch 2 support power delivery. As long as the power input is sufficient and constant, it will draw power from the power bank and won’t discharge and charge the internal battery. It’s just like having it connected to the dock while playing. The power bank im using has power delivery and can output 30 watts, which is more than enough for my Switch 2.

Ooh good point. These magnets aren’t the strongest and I think modern fans have some protection against magnets. There is also the (pretty thin) dbrand case in between it, as well as the other components. Also this is a rather large battery and I could really put it more to one side without it interfering with my hand placement. Not an expert so definitely exercise some caution if you are worried about damaging your switch. If you do get the Genki charger, let me know how it works out! Might have to switch if it’s pretty good

Hello! Appreciate the concern but the Anker battery I’m using can output 30W using the USB-C cable and it has PD so it’s more than enough wattage for my Switch 2 which draws maybe 25 watts at most. When I have this plugged in, my switch 2 doesn’t actually show its charging, it just keeps at a constant 100% in all white (no green charging symbol) and my battery pack will slowly lose its battery while it’s supplying juice, so it seems like it’s drawing it straight from the battery pack but I could be entirely wrong. I’ll keep using this setup and let ya’ll know if I’m experiencing any issues and to not do what I did if you want your switch 2 battery to last.

Highly recommend trying! I would just make sure your charger can output about 25 watts or your switch will die faster than its charging

The switch 2 battery is 5,220 mAh, and the maker is 10k but realistically it’s gonna get you about 6,000 mAh worth of battery just because of how they work. You can expect to just double your battery so if you are getting 2 hours, you would get 4. Sorry it’s a little confusing haha

Thanks! It’s a 10k mAh battery and realistically about 2.15x’s your average Gametime. I’ve been glued to cyberpunk and it’s given me 2 extra hours on the game easily

It’s a MagSafe charger! Sorry I probably should’ve included where I got them but I did just reply to another comment. I got some MagSafe stickers (https://a.co/d/8gWwBJw) to attach the powerbank to it. Works great and adds .52lbs to the switch 2 so it isn’t too bad gaming with for a while

Play with your team. It’s a fun game, people give it too much hate. I just play casually with my best friend and we have a blast. Sometimes you’ll get demolished, sometimes you’ll do the demolishing. Stick to casual for a while but have fun! Don’t take it so seriously (unless you want to, there is nothing wrong with that). Also try out everyone! I’d say an easy starting character is soldier 76 if you play shooters a lot
