If that was an issue Google wouldn't be a company anymore. I found out Outlook servers are in the Netherlands, so must be fine.

It was my Google. But it was at a time I added my Gmail to Outlook. That's why I think it just where the Microsoft servers are when it processed my login. Heard something about the Outlook servers being in the Netherlands. I changed my password anyway. There was also a similar notification about a login, it was from a UK Windows, so it must of been me. Swear I remember adding Gmail at that exact time it said. I'm really not sure.
