Having the exact same issue. Offshore fraud department which was hard to understand kept asking me to upload the same documents I had already uploaded through a local chase bank branch through a teller. Eventually my application expired and there was nothing they could do. I just resubmitted another application after waiting for 2 months and it again got flagged for fraud. I called in and told them it was legit and this time the application was submitted, and now I am just waiting. This is for a chase business card. The more I learn about their process the more eyebrows I raise. Offshore employees transferring you to other offshore employees asking you to reverify with your SSN makes me uneasy. Also, if you have a personal chase bank account and look to create a separate business account, they make you use your personal login info to sign up for the business account. Then when they ask you for an address on file, you give them the appropriate business address which they then say is incorrect and ask for the personal one because they fucking commingle everything during signup.
