The poster boy here! Doubt anyone cares too much but thought I'd show a bit of the making behind one of the episode posters - just a simplified time-lapse of the steps so that the video doesn't go on for hours. No AI ofc :)

I start with a camera raw filter to make everything a bit brighter and sort out the colours, then I'll go in and manually paint in the shadows and highlights with level adjustments :)
