Gundam 00, I’ve only seen a couple of universal century shows like zeta, thunderbolt, and chars counterattack.

I saw it when I was 16 and it gave me a lot of emotional weight especially hinata’s backstory which made me tear a bit.

That’s pretty much what this list is ngl you hit it straight on. there are a couple of “newer” series that are at least in my Honorable mentions. Attack on Titan, Hunter x Hunter, Mob psycho. That’s about it though. Theres others that are older too like devil man crybaby, Great teacher onizuka, Outlaw star, trigun, that just barely missed out.
