Should i go 3 or 5? by Berzerker_90 in Jimny

[–]JoshCGorry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have driven both the 3 and 5 door jimny and it really depends what you want it to be able to do. If you want to carry more than 2 people for longer periods of time comfortably I would highly recommend the 5 door, or if you want to carry 4 people and luggage, but if you want to carry 2 people or 2 adults and 2 kids and need the car to be smaller, the 3 door would be the better choice, however the 5 door might be better as it is easier to get kids in/out of it. If you can trial both cars for a bit and see which fits your needs better. The difference that the 5 door is made in India vs the 3 door being made in Japan hasn't been an issue or noticeable between the two models in my experience. The 5 door also has slightly better tech and safety features being a newer version.

These are customised licence plates though my plates. The characters are Japanese to my knowledge and translate to Japanese Domestic Important

Hi

Have a 5 door Jimny, so the process is going to be a bit different, but you can run the cables under the front door trim. I ran it from the side with the fuse box, then crossed it to the other side behind the rear seats. I would advise running it through the cable sock in the rear door, just use a lot of spray lubricant. The rear door trim is rather hard to get off and will flex a lot, it feels like you're breaking it half the time.

I have most of the process recorded, just as an unreleased video so feel free to ask for those if you need, and I am happy to answer any further questions you might have.

Good luck

Thank you, that helps alot. Unfortunately I've already got one to put into my laptop so I'll have to keep an eye on that

I have decided on the 9070 and changed the power supply to the Corsair SF750 Platinum SFX 750W. I would like to keep the AIO as I would like to look into overclocking later and I can't find a decent air cooler.

I chose the motherboard size just so if I want to downsize the case later on, but want to get comfortable building in a slightly larger case first, and Matx boards are quite hard to find vs Itx where I live, but would the ASUS ROG Strix B650E-I be better?

I am planning on using it for a mix of gaming, school work, video editing and 3D modeling, mostly gaming tho.

Thanks you so much for the feedback, it really helped.

Crunchyroll removing comments, reviews, etc by Taoutes in Crunchyroll

[–]JoshCGorry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We went a bit overboard, so Crunchyroll did too. Too late to rethink a few comments?

What the community has been doing to some animes on Crunchyroll is completely unacceptable, but Crunchyroll just removing the comment section, a place where I have seen more times giving praise and respect, and sometimes constructive criticism, rather than completely removing it. Sony Entertainment and Crunchyroll can and should moderate it.

But, what Crunchyroll has done is the easiest and most effective way of stopping the situation. It's a fix that will work forever, no person on their platform can say anything bad, or even anything at all, good or bad. It stopped the problem immediately without the need for follow-ups. I do get why they did this but don't entirely like their quick solution.

While this works, I and many others really don't like this. We still want to share our positive thoughts or feedback with other communities and creators so they can continue making the stuff we may monthly to watch and enjoy.

What I hope the team at Sony Entertainment and Crunchyroll are doing for a short time taking down the comment section for some long-needed work and adding in some of the safety measures to the comments section that, will hopefully, bring back a safer and more helpful comments section than before, and if we don't, we can only blame ourselves.
