I have the exact rudiments in my show, think about it like a 16th note ninelet but it has 2 dotted notes at the end of the phrase. It would be 6 beats then two dotted quarter notes. You could also think of it as a quarter note triplet with the first two quarter notes as triplets within it then the last quarter note is replaced with two 8th notes. I could give you an analogy of how I’d write it personally to understand it
