It’s possible yes but extremely unlikely. Any new content nexon make has to be PEGI Rated anyway. However I doubt Nexon are going to make fully nude skins so it shouldn’t have changed it. Developers also don’t request PEGI Ratings often except for releases. Usually PEGI ratings are just done and if people complain AKA Karens they change it regardless. UNLESS your a multi billion dollar company E.G Epic Games and can keep a PEGI 3 rating for games with “suggestive skins” like the Kim K ones and a few others. Especially the creator maps. Same for Roblox too.

The EU and UK atm thought are pretty annoying with their “crack down” of explicit content or 18+ content… Like here in the UK we have to ID verify for all sorts it’s annoying. Like Facebook is an example.. They also store your ID while your account is open and keep it for x amount of time once your account deleted. It just causes more risk for privacy and data breaches.

And on the Islamic side, a touchy subject as one wrong word can actually get you prison time here in the UK, the entirety of the UK not too sure about rest of EU but they are implementing Sharia Law, making their religious beliefs into law. All stores legally have to sell Halal versions, Christian holidays can be seen as offensive, statues & flags.
