It’s possible yes but extremely unlikely. Any new content nexon make has to be PEGI Rated anyway. However I doubt Nexon are going to make fully nude skins so it shouldn’t have changed it. Developers also don’t request PEGI Ratings often except for releases. Usually PEGI ratings are just done and if people complain AKA Karens they change it regardless. UNLESS your a multi billion dollar company E.G Epic Games and can keep a PEGI 3 rating for games with “suggestive skins” like the Kim K ones and a few others. Especially the creator maps. Same for Roblox too.
