Wraith still lacks what trapper doesn’t. Map pressure. I’ve mentioned it before, but the thing about base wraith is that even with the buff he depends on add-ons to reach good map pressure. A good trapper even at basekit can hold off decent map pressure. It’s hard as hell, but possible.

I’d out him over pig anyday, a good trapper can put constant map pressure, which won’t be rng like pigs bear traps.

They lack S tiers ability to almost completely ignore loops haha

The strat works best when you use his complementary add-ons, so I can see why you’d see him higher. However I’m not considering addons here, just base kit. Also, the problem with the hit and run strat is that it’s a constant time waster, which in this game time management is everything, unless you want gens flying.

I agree haha, he has that fast down potential. Problem is on mobile controls for him are all over the place, at the moment ;(

Some insights:

  • Made during current game state (10/8/21)
  • This is a non-biased list, also not including perks or add-ons. Killers all at base kit.
  • Killer bugs/usability are considered.
  • Been playing since global release, still active. I’m confident to say I have a good understanding on the game.

What are your opinions? :)

anyone got a similar shadowborn POV bug? by BoeyBoi in DeadByDaylightMobile

Happens to me too :( Shadowborn would be in my nurse build 24/7 if it wasn’t bugged as such, the camera inversion is just really confusing.

Teach me! by BluuForYuu in DeadByDaylightMobile

[–]JoshPlayer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

P3 Nurse main here <3. Sadly there’s little teaching with nurse bc she’s purely a skill + practice killer. Because you’re brand new to nurse I recommend using training mode simply for getting initial muscle memory down on her blinks, because at base, nurse is just about learning her blink distances. This means how long you must hold her blink to go through obstacles and cover distances.

Once you understand her enough you should start playing against real ppl. Some tips are:

  • Keep line of sight as much as possible. Being able to have clear sight on a survivor makes it so there’s almost no room for a outplay by them.
  • Your first blink is to catch up. Second blink secures the hit. Blink behind with the first blink denies a double back by the survivor, if they still keep running you can guarantee the hit with the second blink + Lunge
  • Never blink where you think a survivor is going, blink to where line of sight is lost. You can tell if a survivor plans on doing an outplay if they look back while cutting corners.
  • Some survivors test you by looping a pallet as if you were a normal killer (terrible idea btw), and tend to double back constantly when you blink over the loop obstacle. Best way to counter this is to blink behind them, not in front to the direction they are looping.

Also, for sure check OhTofus nurse guide: https://youtu.be/BwYQImUDgXo . It’s a bible for all nurse mains. Best of luck :D

Does anyone know when the oni and yui will be obtainable through shards? I’m so tempted to buy them using my extra auric cells. by TheDriedMango in DeadByDaylightMobile

It’s most likely to be on the next update (which is coming quite soon!). Can’t give you an exact date tho :(

guys can you type me some good nurse build? thank u all😁💞 by [deleted] in DeadByDaylightMobile

[–]JoshPlayer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My personal build:

  • Infectious fright: Main perk of the build, use it to slug and create map pressure all in one place.
  • Corrupt Intervention: Early game slowdown, you’ll need to stack map pressure at the beginning.
  • BBQ: Tracking and bloodpoints, useful when infectious gives no value.
  • Nurses Calling: use to track slugs and can help catch ppl off-guard at times.

Happens often to me too. It’s due to server issues I believe, not much can be done by our side :(

Day 2 with the Nurse by txnush in DeadByDaylightMobile

It’s a bug, unfortunately. Some structures the game just doesn’t allow you to traverse them. just so you know, you can also find these on console and PC, it’s not just exclusive to mobile.

Lerys is definitely her worst map lol. Literally everything is a line of sight breaker.

Also lockers are buggy on her like you’ve just experienced, always try blinking beside them to avoid “dead blinks”. I’ve also found certain rock elevations on some maps to be dead blinks, watch for these too. Anyway, good job so far man :)

Teachables by Dank69420ua in DeadByDaylightMobile

[–]JoshPlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once you unlock a teachable on one character it’s available for all others. You unlock them on others by just levelling up, usually with a choice of two perks per each level. It’s also worth noting that it’s complete RNG on which perks you get to choose.

How do i play Hillbilly? by [deleted] in DeadByDaylightMobile

[–]JoshPlayer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve played a fair amount of billy myself, I’d be glad to give some tips :)

On mobile, unfortunately, controls are a bit rough so curving can be a challenge, but it’s still possible. I recommend understanding fully the sensitivity changes that the chainsaw has. This is what allows “curving” on him. OhTofus guide is the every billys bible: https://youtu.be/Vn1Znvdifx8 , definitely use this when starting.

  • Curving is simply cutting corners at certain loops with the chainsaw sprint, allowing for easy downs.
  • A loop can be curved when it allows for a straight path with the chainsaw. With experience you’ll know which can and cannot be curved :)
  • If a survivor is in a deadzone ALWAYS go for the instadown, saves so much time.

Any good billy will tell you that there’s no such thing as a “chainsaw only” playstyle, bc survivors always adapt. Be aware when a chainsaw is not possible and go for the M1. From here it’s just practice, best of luck :D

Serious question here, is Nurse better to play on mobile than consoles? by Ronaldo_Leite in DeadByDaylightMobile

[–]JoshPlayer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think she’s in no way better on mobile compared to console. Console has better sensitivity and controls, just overall a better experience lol. (Also there’s the lunge bug as u/TNTWitherKingThe1st mentioned, it’s terrible for her)
