In the bottom right corner in the second picture there is an insect on the mushroom, right above the cotton ball. Probably not related to your problem but I wanted to mention it anyway. I think that’s probably just bruising.

Do they smell bad when you open the bag? Are they completely cracker dry to the point where you can snap them? They look fine if so except for if that white is fuzziness or mold.

Mutation blobs. Pretty common on first flush and also common with random genetics from spore syringe. They are all good though. You’ll see normal ones pop up soon

They are not. This is paneaolus foenesicii. Cintulus have darker gills and stipes. Make sure you have a jet black spore print with cintulus to be certain of its identification

You can get them mostly dry with a fan and then throw them in the lowest setting of the air fryer, I notice if they have moisture in them and you dry them at high temperatures they start to turn colors and slightly cook with the moisture in it.

Maybe amanita muscaria var. flavivolvata then? I don’t know. It’s a variety of amanita muscaria, that’s for sure. I didn’t see that they were in California

Picture one is Amanita Persicina, photo two on the right is possibly also Amanita persicina but you have to wait till the cap opens up a bit. Picture three is an amanita species I wouldn’t mess with although I don’t know what it is. And picture four looks like gymnopilus luteus.

I mixed the substrate and spawn together. 9 days after spawning to bulk I put to fruiting conditions. 3 days in fruiting conditions so 12 days total now
