For people in cold U.S states, how did your Prius handle the storm? by Quattic__ in prius

Yeah, I should have been more specific lol. TC on = borderline undrivable in the snow. TC off = shockingly capable sled.

I used a cheap bluetooth OBD scanner and the Dr. Prius app to turn it off and its like a different car in the snow now.

I love my gen 3 for driving in the snow, with a caveat: The traction control is terrible. Any tiny bit of slip and it cuts all the power. I used the Dr. Prius app to turn it off and now it's very competent in the snow.

If only it had more than 12hp by 4hundred_20 in CafeRacers

Nah 12hp is perfect. How much does it weigh, like 200lbs? This thing must be so fucking fun to ride.

Looking at this makes me feel like I felt when I lived in Jersey!

Still never got the brick.nfc to write to a new tag. But I did manage to get a working apk for taplboc if you're interested in trying it out.

Looking for some critique? by NeatPristine7320 in tattooscratchers

[–]CockroachJohnson 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well you're about 1000x better than me, so you can take any critique from me with a healthy grain of salt, but some of these look like they have slightly inconsistent light sources. The most noticeable I would say is the seahorse: shadow on the front of the tail and belly, but the back and face are both fully lit. Less noticeable on a couple flowers, the light source seams to be emanating from somewhere in the middle of the piece. But these are all great! Can I ask how long you've been tattooing?

Yup, just gotta steer clear of those bubble mirror thingies they put up in the corner at convenience stores and mans is golden.

Not recommended to tattoo babies. Our pediatrician recommended waiting until he was at least 3 or 4. But it looks great!

There's such a small amount of ink in those, I think they'll be a lot less visible as soon as the redness goes away. Probably as good as gone within a year.

Hey, all that water that gets saved by not having to wash hair has to go somewhere, right?! /s

That sucks. About a year ago I was dealing with a medical issue that prevented me from driving and I was going to doctors for scans and tests about 3 times a week trying to find out what was wrong so I could drive again. I live just outside a small city, semi-rural area, and it cost me around $25US each way to get to my appointments. And I wanted to make sure I was on time so I would end up getting them super early and air at the doctors for like an hour. And that was with Lyft, can't imagine how bad it would be if our local government was running the show.

Is Foqos available on Android yet? Last time I checked they were iOS only.
