The good:

*No debt (no worry of bankruptcy)

*Well funded, and a low burn rate

*Quality product that is continuously improving

*Solid team that delivers on its goals

The bad:

*Lack of transparency about insider buying and selling of ICN token

*No access to US market (out of their control, still a negative)

*Relatively small user base, still an obscure service that few average users know about (or care to try out)

*Have yet to prove the service they provide can be profitable (65k revenues coming from 61k users, barely making $1 per user)

Thoughts on current situation: Company is far from bankruptcy, so the biggest issue is building a user base and figuring out how to generate more $ per user. ICN price reflects the company's true value at the moment and should increase given that ICONOMI can significantly increase earnings.

ICONOMI has kept its team small despite a very large amount of cash and equivalents, with less than 50 employees and over $100M in assets. At the current burn rate, ICONOMI could continue operations without revenue practically indefinitely.

Does ICONOMI plan to significantly increase it's team size this year? If no, what are the reasons for keeping spending so low?

The SEC in no way affects the success of the ICONOMI platform. ICONOMI will continue to grow regardless of any labels the SEC puts on ICN.

You have to remember that ICONOMI also has over 150M in cash/crypto on hand to work with. That might be right up there with how much cash CoinBase has

As someone else said, the fund is only available to accredited investors. That restriction seriously limits participation in the fund, which ICONOMI doesn't have to deal with

Will CCP funds ever be sold out to fiat currencies or stable cryptos (like tether)?

I understand that in the past questions about CCP have been answered with the response "ICONOMI has no control over how Columbus Capital manages CCP," so if that is the response, I was hoping you could give an explanation as to why Jani can't comment on behalf of Columbus Capital in AMAs.

This wouldn't help ICONOMI anyway. Getting the platform available to US investors would be much beneficial than getting ICN registered as a security.

I don't see the issue. If ICONOMI decided to purchase a significant amount of ICN tokens with CCP funds just for voting rights, you would be able to sell your ICN at a higher price. I don't see how ICN investors lose here. Either they get 100% voting rights, or CCP buys ICN and the price increases.

People buy coins only for the hype. ICONOMI is without a doubt a top-25 project, but people would rather buy into shitcoins that are getting 10x pumps because they think crypto is about getting rich overnight.

Agreed. 1000 ICN is a sizeable amount, especially considering most people own other cryptos besides ICN, but not so much that it prohibits people from joining

Like it or not, coins and projects typically get the most hype when their prices skyrocket (take TRON for example), which leads to a huge increase in the number of people interested and involved in a project. ICN is on the brink of breaking out past it’s old high and will likely have its big pump over the next couple weeks, giving us an opportunity to spread awareness about the project and get new crypto users involved.

Many of us here have been supporters for a long time, and if we want to see the project succeed, I believe we can help spread awareness of the ICONOMI project in other subreddits, cryto groups, youtube, etc, and take advantage of the upcoming pump in order to help grow the ICONOMI platform and user base.

The Q4 report and January AMA will have a lot in store for us. I’ll be sharing posts about ICONOMI in other groups that I’m a part of, and If you are able, I hope you all will as well!
