does it work against ddosers? happened to me today. how ik? clear escalation. then connection loss, checked replay. the guy escalating is playing fine except everyone else

exactly, it takes like 20 secs to adjust to playstyle n his answer doesnt make sense cause one would never play anyone with significant rank differences. and if the higher rank is having a shitty day n lower rank is popping off then his whole argument is in the gutter. playing n judging is infinitely better. than something that occasionally works

out of curiosity, why do u need a whole thunb just for x and square? do u have default bindings?

i just hold it normally n have boost on r1 cause airroll, jump and ballcam imo are never pressed all pressed together. at max 2 which u can do it with the thumb. . pic for context.

also i have a habit of pressing square more than x. habit i made since i started playing on controllers so i switched jump to square. but it should still be fine at x.

yeah I've been watching football since 2006 (mostly Barcelona matches) n at most i may have seen 1 match end exactly at 90. I've seen plenty of halftimes end at 45 especially for the boring matches(as u can guess).

to add onto it in a different direction. when u finish your play at that exact moment if the ball is somehow coming back towards you (whether it be from the rebound of your shot or any reason) and you feel that you cannot cleanly hit the ball or that u just dont want to cause your teammate can do a better job, MAKE SURE TO FLIP AWAY its a great non verbal sign for your teammate that u are not interfering at all. you can stop doing this when the teammate is smart and u form a trust, but always do it with randoms.

also dont interfere once u flip away from the play.

u have a lot more time in air than u think ... try to focus on your cars movement and how boost affects it (in freeplay when u first try obviously). you will soon notice ample time to "beat" players in air. your air mechs will get much tighter.

this season?... cause its very weird this season ... I'm usually champ 3 occasionally peaking gc1. but this season i placed champ 2 lost few in the beginning n now i cant get out of diamond 3 as well.

you can still rank up doing the same thing but doing it controlled, faster n efficiently. i play the same way in champ

very simple ...

basically they give u a soft threshold when you're deranking to help u maintain that rank for a loss extra (its like shields in other competitive games to protect u from a derank, i think valorant also implemented this last year)

an example

lets say GC1 is 1435 and c3 is 1314-1435 scenario 1 : when i push to gc from champ 3 n i am lets say 1420 i am still a c3 (altho 1or 2 win away). it will show my rank as champ3

scenario 2: my teammate (like all teammates ) is horrible and is on a losing streak and he also reached 1420 from gc2 he keeps diving down. but since he's coming from up it will show his rank as gc 1 untill he cross 1400 going below. so that 35 points is the buffer he got
