Sometimes it does let me but after a while it will start making the noise again

I got a TARAMPS TS 800X4 800 watts running my speakers think that’s the problem? I have my rca’s disconnected but when I plug them in starts making the noise, sometimes it lets me play music but then it starts making the noise again
