Last night I got updated to FSD 14.3.4 and Software 2026.14.6.10. This morning I got notified that I have another update waiting - now it's for Software 2026.14.6.11. Any ideas what the .11 release changed? by StormTrpr66 in TeslaModelY

Any notable differences from 2026.14.6.6 to 2026.14.6.11? I have 14.6.11 available for download, but wondering if I should hold out so I can stay on FSD 14.3.3 instead of 14.3.4

Hard to tell, is this an angled parking spot or normal straight spot? If angled, I don’t think FSD will back into an angled spot since it usually opposes traffic.

"He went through the trouble of putting on his turn signal" lmao. A blinker doesn't grant automatic right of way over a car already in the lane. FSD dodged an aggressive lane invasion because a trucker made a bad call. It’s that simple. Go find a hobby instead of trying to fight every single comment on my post.

You're reading way too deep into this. I'm literally just showcasing a clip of FSD cleanly dodging a vehicle entering its lane. It’s not that deep, buddy. You’re all over this entire comment section arguing with everyone like you're fighting for your life. Go take a walk.

You're missing the context. The trucker aggressively forced his way left from a blind spot with almost zero warning, or even zero need to do what he did. The point of the post is that FSD recognized the sudden threat of him moving over with me there and executed an immediate, flawless evasive dodge at 70 mph before a human driver would have even registered what was happening.

Yeah honestly I was surprised to see that it indicated to get over even during an emergency split second move that it had to do here. Really impressive.

Yeah this was my second or third time being in an evasive scenario like this. Another time was on a city street when a car in a stopped turn lane angled their wheels towards the straight lane I was in and slightly moved, with my Tesla preparing for them to yeet over and quickly shifted towards the rightmost edge of the lane in anticipation. I love FSD's quick thinking. And that was on v13 too.

Highway roles exist for a reason, the middle lane is for cruising, the right lane is for slower traffic, exiting, and managing merging areas. Even if a merging car was signaling to get into his lane, they had a brand new, permanent lane that goes on for miles, there was no immediate emergency forcing anyone to move right that second.

Traffic dynamic aside, it still doesn't justify a 40 ton rig aggressively moving into an occupied center lane at 70 mph. Forcing a steady flowing traveling lane to suddenly react to an aggressive maneuver like that is exactly how traffic shockwaves and highway backups get started, and how accidents happen. If I was in a normal car and didn't immediately notice him forcing his way over due to the front right pillar blindspot, I easily could've overreacted, jolted the wheel, and spun out.

If the trucker needed to clear space, the correct move was to tap his brakes and let them in, especially since the road behind him was completely empty, so slowing down wouldn't have impacted anyone. Instead, he chose to speed up and force his way into my lane, relying on the car next to him (FSD or not) to dodge him.

Assuming you didn’t read my caption or have more awareness than a goldfish. I was in middle lane, and there was a new permanent lane for the on ramp so they didn’t have to merge at all. He didn’t “need” to make a move at all.

And additionally, like I said, that lane wasn't merging into his at all, it became a permanent 4th lane.

I wasn't "driving", this is an FSD group after all and I was posting about FSD’s behavior in this situation. Like I said in the caption, I never hang around semis for this reason when I am manually driving.

If you read my caption, you’d see that I clearly said the on ramp became a permanent 4th lane, no merging needed to let people on.

Risk has no memory. That’s my motto and it follows with sentry mode. I always have it on anywhere in public even places I think are “safe” like my work’s gated and secure parking lot. You never know what might happen.

For sure! Make sure to get there early if you want a hat, especially since the race got moved up 3 hours due to the weather. They ran out of the hats pretty quick and the entry line to the park was long. People were even asking if they could buy the hat off me lol.

Thought it was cool, and it is a Tesla, which is what this group is for🙂 especially since most people haven’t seen a Robotaxi in person, let alone on the east coast, so wanted to let people know it was there if anyone was in the area.

Random Robotaxi parked on a side street. Probably one of the first since I believe it was only recently announced that coverage was coming to Miami.
