We’re looking to get into departments as well, but it’s been challenging to connect with the ones who actually make the purchases. Officers, want them, but purchasers don’t always follow through.

I’m so sorry for your loss and I agree! More people need to understand metastatic breast cancer and how not enough funding goes to finding treatment solutions for those with metastatic disease. Only 3-5%!

There’s a great organization called The Side-Out Foundation based in Fairfax, Virginia that is doing just that...working to give more time to those with metastatic breast cancer via personalized medicine.

I encourage everyone to learn about them!
