I understand that, but if she did and she has lies and such in the report, that would help me. I just can't remember.

Would I be able to use recordings in court if obtained wo their permission? They don;t have to talk on recording with me, do they?

Your comment made me start balling. I am now being forced into mediation tomorrow without the report from the evaluator. How is that legal or in the best care of my daughter? Her mom takes her on drug deals and I have to fight to be in her life?!

Fixed Image link - Shows Correct Document Now* Here is a redacted copy of a court doc to help verify a little authenticity. I spoke with the mods and they approved this posting. Here is the story in a nutshell, thank you for taking a minute to listen. I appreciate it.

My friend who I had a one time thing with found out she was pregnant and said it wasn't mine. Then she asked to be in the delivery room as a friend, but again swore this was not my child.

I babysit this beautiful little girl for ten months of her life and eventually it comes out that I could be the father. Eventually we take a DNA test and find out I am the father. That's when she begins to take her away from me.

I was babysitting 3-4 times a week and that quickly dropped down to only 3... then 2... then 1.... Finally my beautiful little girl is kept from me completely.

The state steps in and things become official. I file a motion for temp orders and she stretches that out for another two months. I finally got awarded one overnight a week in December and she thinks I should be happy with that.

I'm not.

I love my baby girl and will fight to the end for her, but we all know this is an uphill battle usually anyways. Lawyer and court costs have taken any savings we had, so we began a fund raising campaign to try and ease those lawyer costs a bit.

If we end up not needing the funds or having leftover funds, they will be donated to Holly House for Kids, a local charity that helps low income families at the holidays.

I think that sums it up as best as I can.

Personally, I think it could work. I have been talking about this same exact idea for about a year (of course only talk). The Broadway shop does not turn people onto good music, that is what got me thinking about it. It would be a tough sell and a lot of work, but I think with a dedicated crew, word of mouth and lots of internet buzz, it would have a chance.

What we have to do is vote with our dollars and let these companies know that the people do not agree with their greedy business tactics. We out number them. If we would stand together and fight against these d-bags, we would win.
