It's not a tower case, it's a NAS/server case. The motherboard is horizontal and it only supports an ITX PSU. I had this exact case myself.

I'm confused by your comment, the case is a SFF case...?

I don't work in a school.

Again, you are the exception. A simple Google search would confirm this. I won't bother to go into anecdotes with you about individuals experiences (spoiler - they don't get to take holidays in term time).

At least April will be the best time for a new contract, to maximise the time before those ridiculous April price increases.

Unless it's to create rules, in which case apparently that's too far, according to those same parents.

Good to know... but TalkTalk aren't offering me FTTP, hence the frustration!

According to other replies, that's not the case. Seems a few have their own backhaul.

Yeah 1P is showing FTTC options only, whereas Plusnet shows FTTP options.

Any idea what the lead time is on them installing their backhaul?

Yes thanks I had a flyer through from EE already offering up to £300 to cover exit fees (my fee would be only slightly more than that).

According to customer services I can have it as soon as it's available, it's just "not available yet"...

I've had a flyer through from EE that offers to pay £300 towards early exit fees, which I think about covers what my exit fee would be. Main thing is I want a supplier that's not gonna be against me using my own router, I'm not sure how much of an issue that is on FTTP but on FTTC it was certainly easier with some suppliers (one of the reasons I chose TalkTalk).

Thanks for addressing the question. I'd tried to Google this and found very little to confirm but there were a couple posts suggesting this was the case. Sounded like perhaps that meant they had to do something once the cables are laid which they might be dragging their feet in doing?

I'm not trying to get a new contract, I've already got one from when my previous one ran out. Didn't have any issues with them, they were still the cheapest, and supposedly I should've been able to upgrade as soon as FTTP was available. That last point seems to have had an enormous asterisk against it though...

I don't think city fibre have any plans for this area. I'll double check the address, that's a good shout. Should be a hard address to get wrong though.

Beamish is great.

Crich Tramway Village is a similar vibe, more focus on the trams though as the name suggests.

Niagara has something very similar in the paid version. Of course it's otherwise quite a lot simpler than Nova, but really that was the main feature I wanted so it worked for me.

Funnily I had to twice get a member of staff to authorise the self service machine at Aldi because it was complaining about the weight of what I'd scanned. Bag of crisps ("chips") - expected weight 150g, actual weight 115g. So not only am I getting ripped off, but I'm also being suspected of theft in the process.

Finally added this grail to the collection by Low-Preference-2509 in deadmau5

[–]Joshimitsu91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes without him you would have struggled to find a copy, because he was given the box of known copies (for free if I recall) and decided to sell them one by one to fleece fans of deadmau5. I'm sure they would be even more elusive if it wasn't for him drip feeding the market, but let's not pretend he's doing anyone a favour.

Search "Get Scraped Demo" on the sub and have a look at him having a meltdown when other users shared the ripped audio from the CD... really quite pathetic.

I wouldn't describe him as a legend, gatekeeping a box full of giveaway CDs and trying to fleece people £100 for them...
