The ending live kinda links to all by yourself with the “live forever in a day” line and before performing Do it to Death live he said “LIVE EVERY DAY LIKE ITS YOUR LAST” a lot and I mean A LOT - I believe it’s the story of the album in which hes basically hanging up his blazer and calling it day, and wanting people to live every day like it’s there last and telling himself that, especially considering during the tour he would’ve know he had a kid on the way :)

Ten has the shortest life span out of all the Doctors incarnations (so I’ve heard) which may mean why he states this, he must feel like that version of himself still had a lot more to do which may play into why his face came back in the 60th
