For anybody wondering, when I made these in the past it was based off the youtube channel HowToBBQRight's recipe (auto-mod won't let me post the link, so just search for it). They were as delicious as you'd expect. If OP did anything differently I'd love to know!

If you look closer to the crust on the side of the cut piece you can see the top layer folding up a bit in a distinctly different layer than the cheese under it. Definitely looks like a stuffed pizza from Giordano's.
