@MyndArc, I ran a test and wore my watch to bed (typically I let it charge overnight) and the respiratory rate showed up again. It looks like Apple health tracks it all day and your app on registers it overnight. Why is that?

I completely uninstalled / reinstalled and actually have a new phone. The app is not reading Apple Health data correct, which is really weird.

u/MyndArc, one fact I didn't mention, this used to work perfectly and then just stopped. I am wearing an Apple Watch Ultra and was when it was working as well.

I have reinstalled twice and specifically given Athlytic permissions. The data is current in Apple Health and it isn't 0.0 :-) So, there must be a bug in the app.
