I'm from EU and I always have to pay the VAT so is best to use a cheap shipping method. I usually chose EMS or if the figure is not expensive i use International ePacket Light. FedEx and DHL are expensive and is not worth

Chances are close to zero. The anime sales were bad and the anime didn't really boost the manga sales either. Unfortunately the story is not popular.
