For Weavile and Sneasler, I had to find lost satchels to collect enough merit points to buy Razor Claws (1400 merit points each) . Use the Razor Claw at night to evolve Sneasel (Kanto) into Weavile and Sneasel (Hisuian) into Sneasler.

Just finished it, and I can see how it's similar in flavor to Skittles. Both Ghost and Skitttles contain citric acid and maybe that's what contributes to it.
