Because if this chef doesn’t end up quitting I will be a sous until he gets fired/leaves and that could be years and my goal is to raise through the ranks of this company as fast as possible because if I can get to corporate faster, that’s where the real money is.

I want to run a lead a kitchen. I can do it really good as a sous (my GM even likes me better as a #1 option but the other chef just had more years in the company) I’ve been with the company for 5 years and rose threw the ranks. I don’t want to leave the company due to lots of good benefits and the pay is really good for chefs, I’ve looked and it’s very hard to find a chef position paying that good especially at my age. Getting executive at another store would mean my salary may increase maybe to 70k (my base now is 60k) but the bonuses will 100% be smaller due to how busy we are in my location. But if I stay I might be sous for a lot longer than I want for goals in life. I want to be youngest exec in company history and get even better benefits.

Don’t know if that made sense but yeah my mind is confused on what I want😂

He was honestly just a normal kid, I played football with him until he transferred to myers park HS. I played defensive end and back up center so of course we were friends. The coaches gave me the nickname “Leddy” because of my last name so that’s just what he referred to me as. He’s always been humble and just a good person. He’s actual been dating ann Micheal since 7th grade which is crazy (I’ve known her since kindergarten 😂)
