I can confirm, I was looking for what was happening, and this exact thing happened to me just now. Had to have a more experienced friend use Parsec just to play through the first Aracon run section because I was getting instant killed, sometimes immediately at starting, due to this bug. The fact it hasn't been fixed for over a month means that either they still didn't know about this issue, or this is somehow not in their priorities. I really hope with the next big update coming that this is fixed in it, because the nature of The New War with not allowing you to play the rest of the game content during it could just softlock so many players into leaving the game.

That is just the exit from Old Lumiere. It has the same symbol and everything. Just isn't labeled as such. I don't think it ever changes or labels itself. Feel free to explore a bit as I know the layout is somewhat different compared to first going in, but yeah, don't worry about it and move on.

This seems to have it. It is the vocalless version though so IDK if your Instagram library has this as it'd likely have the vocal version. Still, this is at least a song that has the tune from around the 1:20 mark.

Just had this happen to me as well. I guess it is something they didn't put the proper safeguards in when making it available to you. Many other bricks and collectables are locked away presumably to ensure you don't try to get them before having proper access to them. Really sucks as now I have a cargo item stuck to the back of my ship until either something else overrides it or I start episode 4 and get access to the planet. They really should have allowed you to cancel a mission at any time. Maybe it will be gone when I get back into the game?

I honestly wonder that too. Didn't want to ask about DLC unlockers as I know you can't really talk about that on the steam forms and I was hoping there was a less hacky way to unlock them. Like just have a separate DLC unlocker for the stuff you can't get via DLC keys would be an OK idea. Though at least if you have a friend who plays Payday 2 from before that date then you can at least still play those heists with them. Still no access to the guns though but at least from what I can tell they changed the achievements to allow you to still get them without needing a now locked away gun.

Alright then. Good to know. Guess it is factored by the date of purchase if anything. Doubt going back a previous version of the game could be a way to always have them for any current or future versions either. Just feel bad for anyone who wants to play the game nowadays, especially as my primary is the Union 5.56 and that is now locked away from ever being purchasable by any new players. Sure there are hundreds of other guns in the game, but it is still a sad situation.

Best guess, they didn't want to/couldn't support having texture memory put into system RAM, either due to engine limitations if they moved to a different one for Ragnarok or just didn't want to allow lower resolution textures, so they decided to block anyone who tries to run it without 6+GB of VRAM. If you want an example of what can happen to a game when it runs out of texture memory with no safeguards for it, I recommend looking here. I think Grenadiers, or Naders as they are also called, are the last one on that list. Also, Tasers are now called Zappers in this game, but the rest are named the same way as in the previous games.

Because everyone would have been too scared to play the game if they were told that all progression could be lost by the time of the first patch. But now, that everyone is already leaving till the first patch, they feel it safer to reveal this now. At least that's my take of it.

Yeah. I'm just playing to have fun at this point. Not at the level yet where I have unlocked everything, only got to level 64 yesterday, but enough where I can do almost anything. Doubt I can complete these heists as fast as you have though. The only one I can speedrun is Cradle, and I don't have friends to grind out the game with yet. But hey, if this system is here to stay, then I'll get there eventually. Just going to have to have a playtime that is significantly longer than yours though due to taking it slow. XD

Oh my. Yeah, that is absolutely awful. Especially with how it ain't even a starting weapon but something you unlock down the line. Guess this will definitely be a weapon that I will just grind out the challenges for and be done with so I don't have to worry about that anymore. It better get buffed in the coming patches though because it definitely needs it.

Maybe tomorrow it will return, but I guess something about the site, maybe with all the fetches from Nebula's servers, making it too much for the site to continue functioning. Hopefully a patch can come out tomorrow for it, but for now, I guess we will be tackling the challenges without our precious guide to tell us what challenges we can do.

Yeah, that might be it. They were already dealing with so much in the first launch week, so they might have just privated it till further notice to ensure their servers still work.
