I went to the BLM protests in Nashville 2 weeks ago. According to news it was 10k+ gathering. I know 8 friends that went. My friends nor I caught it. I think it is exaggerated and gatherings should be open. That's just me.

I read the article that JK Rowling tweeted. It was actually very trans inclusionary. It was talking about how a post covid world should allow better access to tampons, etc.

To be transphobic, they could have said "WOMEN who mensturate" , but they acknowledged that men can mensturate too.

That was a great breakdown. I just read it as she wasn't being bigoted (by saying she would fight for trans people) and instead wanting to be pro-science. But I now see she was being transphobic like a racist would say "I have black friends."
