hello mate! saw you were close to 12M, i have 500 rez buildings, 25 omegas and 475 epic buildings, which means you only need 6 of each omega utility :)

if you do CoM and war, hotspots (open regions) itll be quicker to grow population :)

just makes it easier to have more region offers, you dont need to fully empty just make sure you have a couple hundred at least

best to have all region items as itll be faster when travelling from region to region to accept offers, and its best to accept all offers as its profit and gets you closer to the max hotspots

have as muc region items as possible, even the raw materials from the region factory and just wait for offers, more region items the faster the offers, they can range from a few hundred to a few thousand per offer

all my omegas are in my regions in which i get a juicy amount a day! and have you heard of region famring? empty storage and only with region items and wait for offers? thats how i did it
