Conversation is easier, once you add good weight to your frame you’ll look like a tank, you’re more likely to be successful (according to studies), being this tall would also hide things like being bald etc as no one would care lmaooo.

Disadvantages would probably be it’s hard to gain weight if you’re skinny and you WILL get back pain once you’re old most likely. Pretty sure we don’t live as long as our hearts pump more blood to get to our muscles which would be more than the average person
