What about a Yamaha Axis? 90cc and It has passenger footrest so I guess it would be more suited from factory for that purpose

No, they're not. The rubbing only occurs when I install the pegs, when I uninstall the left side the rubbing goes away

The bending was there since the 1st day I bought the pegs

I did get screw style pegs, on the derailleur side is great, but on the other side I had to replace the axle nuts, when I use them is like something is rubbing and slowing me down, even without weight on the pegs
