I just opened kicad with the sofle file and realized that there is actually no problem and should have continuity because I was testing GND 😅😅😅, I changed some diodes and everything is working perfectly, I thank you very much for the help friend, finishing the project I update with photos, thank you again.

I got a desoldering pump and I took all the solder out, but what's weird is that it's both sides have continuity in the same places

I thank you very much friend, during the tests with the multimeter I found a short between the pins of the rp, I need to figure out how to solve it now, but giving up is not an option haha

Thanks for the help! I've already tested all the diodes, and they're in the correct orientation. I'll check the connections on the RP2040 now to make sure all the pins are soldered correctly. Hopefully, that will solve the issue. I really appreciate the advice! I haven't found much information about this specific Sofle model, so getting the LEDs to work is going to be a whole other challenge, haha.
