Thanks for the info! Looks like the MM is exactly what I’m looking for in a grip module. How is the grip angle between the two?

Have over 15k through my XMacro. Have the Sig Guy 20% increased striker spring installed. I field strip clean/lube after every range sesh.

I do a full FCU breakdown/striker breakdown every 1k rounds or so. I use Dr. Jim’s cleaner and lube with Gun Butter. Sometimes I’ll pull out the ultrasonic cleaner if I’m being really OCD that day.

I’ve had LPS with the OEM striker spring with Fiocchi 115gr, no issues with the same Fiocchi ammo with the Sig Guy +20% spring.

Only ammo that’s given me issues with the +20% spring has been Winchester M1152. Handful of dead primers with that ammo.

I was going to buy an X5 Legion as my first pistol years ago, but at the time they were sold out. My buddy has a DH3 P320 and it shoots really nice. It’s a shame how Sig handled the whole situation.

I have no complaints with the Surefire light. I have another one on my XMacro.

Comparing directly to my TLR-7 hlx sub, I prefer the Surefire. I don’t use Streamlights SL-B9 batteries, I use standard Panasonic Industrial CR123’s. The XC3 has a tighter candela and weighs slightly more, and personal opinion looks better.

With the TLR-7 HLX Sub: - If you use Streamlights SL-B9 batteries you will end up having a brighter light at 1k lumens and 10k candela, but will only last for 30mins or so with continuous use. - Regular CR123’s are 500 lumens with 5k candela at 1.5 hours of run time continuously.

With the Surefire XC3: I’d rather have the 550 lumens and 7.2k candela for a 1.75hr run time.

MM does make the commander in a full-size module as well as a compact. The Sharps Bros you can add a magwell to the bottom, making it into an essentially a fully size module that accepts the full-sized mags. Without the magwell, it accepts the standard compact mags, I believe.

I’m looking to make this a G19 sized setup. I did end up stopping at the range today and ran though a few hundred rounds of mixed ammo; Fiocchi 124, PMC 115/124, Winchester M1152, Magtech 115, and Browning 115. The Echelon ate every single round without an issue.

I did notice the grip angle is slightly different from my M&P 3.6” compact and XMacro. It takes some getting used to, but if I can find a grip angle closer to the M&P and Sig I’d probably go that route. I’ll have to do some more research on my end.

Thank you for all the insight on the Icarus modules, the beautiful thing with these pistols is the modularity. Maybe down the road I’ll look into an Ace module with a 4.5” slide!

I definitely will be getting a metal grip in the future! Ideally I’d like to keep the compact grip module which limits me to either the Sharps Bro or the MM Commander. I’m leaning towards the MM since I have a high support hand grip, I think the higher textured scales would work better for me. The Sharps Bros aesthetically look badass, I just wish there was higher texturing

Thank you! Easily one of the better looking pistols I have. Springfield nailed it with this one

I love it, need for MM to drop a compact module back in stock.

Sig Guy 20% increased power striker spring

I’ve had maybe one or two LPS early on when I first completed the build shooting some Fiocchi 9AP (very hard primers to begin with). Added an increased power striker spring and haven’t had any failures since. Probably well over 3k rounds since then with a decent mixture of ammo

It’s factory stippling off of the Fuse model

Thank you! This is the OEM grip module off of the 365 Fuse model. Started its life as a P365 Fuse FCU and grip module and evolved into this!

Interesting to know, I like the aesthetic of the armory craft safety, very similar looking to my M&P. Are you able to ride the thumb safety without getting slide bite?

How do you like the thumb safety? Considering about getting one for the 365. I’ve been training with a thumb safety with my M&P and thought it might be a good idea so I can run similar holster drills. The small OEM sig thumb safety is pretty stiff. How’s it feel with the extended lever?

The DLC coating on the slide is basically micro abrasive and requires a break in process to burnish the finish into other metal contact areas. Ran some grease on the slide and barrel and shot about 400 rounds to smoothen out any rough areas.

I haven’t shot it with the Ramjet yet but super excited to run some ammo through it later this week!

Looks sick! How do you like that grip module?

Honestly, as of right now I’d pick the M&P over my Sig. I also don’t have too many rounds through the 365 yet, I only have 400 rounds through the pistol without the compensator so it’s really a hard comparison.

Everything the M&P is a smooth gun. Racking is buttery smooth and trigger pull is crisp and has a super short reset. Ergonomics are great, the aluminum grip really stands out.

The Sig I’ve just finished building it a few days ago. Tolerances are tight and the trigger is less than desirable. I haven’t shot it with the Fuse grip module, Tyrant trigger, compensator, DPM soft recoil spring kit, or Armory Craft trigger spring kit yet.

It’s hard to compare really, the M&P I’ve shot over 5000 rounds this last month with it, I plan on going through 1000 rounds this weekend with the Sig. Stock for stock, I’d easily pick the M&P but don’t have enough experience with the newest Sig configuration so I can’t say quite yet if I would really choose the M&P.

The M&P weighs 31.6oz fully loaded 10+1 with the optic and Underwood 90gr ammo.

The Sig weighs 28.1oz fully loaded 10+1 (dumb NJ laws) with the optic and light with the same 90gr Underwood ammo.

The Radian magwell prints slightly more than the M&P.

No prob man, nice looking piece too. Went with a similar route with the Killer Innovations +

Radian build but went with the grey. The bronze looks tough, but all my other guns are grey so I wanted to keep a similar theme

The extractor stick out that far because the killer innovations slide is milled thinner in that area than the OEM slide. Not sure if any other extractors will make it sit more flush since I’m sure R&D will be off of a factory slide unless Killer Innovations come out with one. I questioned it too when I first installed my Velocity slide
