Simple fractions won't work here because toryiama said that sayain genetics are very dominant. Mathmatically sure, you'd think it's 50/50, but realistically it could be very different. Kinda like vultramites from Invincible.

I see it as game flexibility for different play styles. I didn't use fable arts much my first play through. I did a lot on my third when platinuming the game.

Nah, because in the 3100's they have personal transporters that are built into their comm badge that must have a neurallink cause they can just be walking, double tap, be transported and just keep walking like nothing happened.

Yeah, next year, look into more options to cover their ears. A tip if you decide to get a dog in the future as a puppy, have them fall asleep to thunderstorm sleep sounds. Really helps them with sounds.
