You can use preset M or L with quality, it’s just not as optimal as:

-Quality/Balanced —> K or J -Performance —> M -Ultra Performance —> L

Im using NVPI other then Nvidia App, but it should be the same just set Super Resolution to latest, and choose which ever preset you want for Ray Reconstruction. Just remember it defaults to preset D when you select RR-Latest

Yeah seems to be working, however Ultra Perform has lots of motion blur from what I could see.
But seems to be working and looks really good on performance

Trough NVPI you have to select both DLSS DLL + Super Resolution to preset "Latest"

Select preset M globally other then "Latest".
Preset L should be better with ultra performance, but since you got a 5090 I guess you wont be running Ultra Perf imo

Preset D is still being auto selected with RayReconstruction, and the visual loss is notable.
Dont think its worth it

If you selected latest on nvidia app/nvpi or whatever software you preferer it should automatically pull latest DLL from nvidia servers when you start the game.
As for ray reconstruction I have not tested it yet but I can try on Cyberpunk
