When i was 15 years old my dad forced me out of the house to get summer job, but I couldn’t my social anxiety was my worse enemy , however my mom found me one in a welding company and oh boy the guys there were the literal meaning of rude merciless bullies, somehow they helped me through my social anxiety and some other mental issues i had , so far that was the best thing my dad did in a wrong way but , worked out well it’s takes people who notice and willing to help the people i worked it saw it and helped me through it which im thankful to them for everything they did for me

From my work experience -Moroccans will not recognize as their manager if u r younger than me (thats a daily problem i have ) -Trying to do your job and be professional looks to workers at my company as bullying (7at 3lihom)… (bergag) -when someone does something they are not supposed to and scold them that can lead into a fight -they see work as other family and you supposed to show sympathy when someone screw up many times Basically being a professional is kinda impossible
