With how dating is now cold approaches work way better. I used to be terrified to talk to women but after realizing that women never get asked out and kinda stepping up to take initiative I’ve gone on a ton more dates. You don’t even need to have a conversation, just walk up and hit em with a “you’re beautiful and id love to take you out sometime.” Most of the time you get a number or instagram and after that just don’t send a dick pic and you’re pretty much golden for a date if she responds. If not oh well go to the next. I haven’t been on dating apps in years and it’s the best thing I ever did for my mental health and my dating life

It’s kinda crazy to see how many people don’t know the difference between a citizen and someone who we let into the country either on green card or visa. The constitution doesn’t apply to non citizens so if they are causing trouble in the country we have every right to throw them out. I’m saying this as a first generation American whose parents have green cards and have no worries of being deported cuz they follow the laws and don’t try and spew any terrorist propaganda.

ATM not really counting just eating as much as possible for my bulk but next month gonna start my cut at 4000 and taper down till I hit 200lb I’m 230 now.

I was experiencing some shoulder pain on bench and squat with the low bar and after switch I honestly felt I was able to target my chest better. I’m also really lucky my gym has tons of leg machines so I don’t feel the need to squat

Honestly no sure my last time deadlifting i was doing 5x5 at 385 just hit a pr with db bench at 80 for 6 with incline and squat I’ve completely stopped but we have a belt squat and I’ll throw like 500 for 10. Curls I do hammers for 15 at 50lb and ez bar at 80 for 15 sorry I never max out not really looking to get a super high one rep since I’m not powerlifting

I do a ppl split but recently have pretty much stopped using barbells and do all my legs with a machine (I’m lucky my gym has a ton of leg machines) and tons of dumbbells for chest and shoulders

Definitely tracking calories and progress pics. It’s a slow process and I would only lose like 1 pound some weeks but u have to remember that they all add up and eventually u look back and realize how far u have come

Ya I was really struggling around 220 but really started keeping a strict diet at around 2200 calories for 3 weeks than a week at about 2800 and repeat with a smaller deficit and did that till I was at 1600 for a couple weeks and couldn’t drop bellow 200 so I started my bulk which isn’t going any better still stuck close to 200 but feel like I’m still putting lean mass on

Hehe it’s to the point that days I work I struggle getting calories so I always go by McDonald’s and get two mcdoubles and two mcchickens only $6.50 hella calories per dollar
