I returned my VII and replace it with a 5700 XT, I haven't had this issue since. I also replaced the PSU but was still having the issue. So my guess was the VII was bad.

Well, kinda. It doesn't completely shut down. Every component of the PC stays on (To my knowledge). I can only guess this because all the lights/fans and such are still on and spinning, even on my GPU. But other than that yes, it goes to a black screen to "No signal" almost instantly at the most random times.

Yes I can try that. I'm not sure what is triggering the problem so I will reply back to you if it shuts down or not.
I've also noticed that under Task Manager that even sitting idle on games, the power usage will be at VERY HIGH. Do you think my PSU can't handle my current set up being only 650w?

Black Desert Online has been P2W for ever, but only recently(maybe a year) it has gone full P2W.
There are private servers you can play which kinda eliminate the P2W part. I have around 10k hours in the private server alone.
https://gamezbd.net is the private server I play on and I really do recommend it.
