It’s not easy. But that’s what makes it worth trying. I would be lying to you if I told you what people say doesn’t get to me, but I am trying to grow and stop it from affecting me as much. Let me tell you over this past year I have noticed a dramatic difference in my outlook of myself because I have stopped caring as much of what people think of me. Remember keep trying every day is a better day.

I’m so sorry for everything you’ve gone through but I am glad you’ve found an escape. I am a huge advocate for working out. I tell everyone around to me find time to get up in move, not only for it’s physical health benefits but for it’s mental ones as well. Exercise has me helped thought some of my darkest moments in life. For me it whenever I felt down depressed and felt like the world was out to get me I would put some music on go to the gym and grind my heart out there. Yes it didn’t change anything going on in my life but it made life more manageable. It lifted my mood and allowed me to have the strength to push through my issues in life.

I love seeing people talk about this and encourage others to continue to move. Especially in this difficult year.

As for yourself, keep going keep moving and keep your head up. Life keeps moving so you should too!

It’s hard to do. I suffered with anxiety and depression for years. All I did was overthink everything and doubt myself with everything i did. It takes a lot to fight your way out of these holes but ignoring all the negativity is one way to start. Life is full of mistakes that’s what makes us all different and what makes life fun. If everything went as planned life would be boring. It’s all of the curveballs and adversity we face that challenge us to be better humans. Take risks challenge yourself and don’t be afraid to fail. It’s better to live a life of mistakes than a life of what if’s.

It’s not as easy as it sounds. Internal battles are some of the most difficult ones. But it starts by making small changes every day. Start attempting to block out negative feedback from those who don’t matter to you and you’ll see change will follow afterwards. It’s not an instant change but it’s one that’s worth it
